Anne has delivered organizational effectiveness (OE) programs of up to $2M/year and multi-million dollar technology initiatives in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Her corporate and consulting career includes tenures with Discovery Communications (Discovery Channel), SAP America, The Washington Post, FINRA, Deloitte, NTT DATA, Inc., Howard Hughes Medical Institute, numerous federal agencies, and many other clients. She was privileged to serve as a Mount St. Mary’s University adjunct MBA professor for six years.

Anne graduated with the founding Georgetown University Certificate in Leadership Coaching cohort in 2001 and is a member of the program’s adjunct faculty. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from UMUC and an MBA from Mount St. Mary's University.
