Anne Teehan, MBA, PCC, PMP

Anne partners with clients to move their visions from if to how through consulting, program management, and coaching for executives, leaders, and teams. She is the creator of Cadence, a systematic approach to develop leaders and teams to better meet today’s demands while building the future.

She has been fortunate to lead several exceptional teams to deliver complex leadership development and organizational effectiveness programs and multimillion dollar technology initiatives for global companies.  

Her career includes leadership, consulting, and coaching roles with corporate, federal government, military, family-owned, and nonprofit entities spanning information technology, consulting, financial services, media, and academia. A partial list of employers and clients includes SAP, The Washington Post, Discovery, Inc., FINRA, Deloitte, NTT DATA, Inc., NewTower Trust, Howard Hughes Medical Institute, IRS, DOJ, OPM, and several intelligence agencies. 

Anne was an adjunct faculty member of the Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching program and is a graduate of its founding cohort. She was privileged to serve as Mount St. Mary’s University adjunct MBA faculty for six years.

She earned an MBA with an organizational development focus from Mount St. Mary’s University and a B.S. in business management with a behavioral science concentration from UMGC.
