Turnaround: Organizational Development & Leadership Coaching Program — Led a 20-person team that worked with 200+ leaders and teams in one year. Consulted with top executives to design individual, group, and team development along with stakeholder engagement and agency-wide communications. Increased program utilization by 135% in six months. Built the infrastructure and relationships to effectively launch and sustain the program long-term.
SAP Turnaround: US Newspaper SAP Media Program — The project was in Year 3 of a 2-year, fixed-price contract. Tensions were high and morale was low. Utilized leadership, consulting, and program management expertise to guide the PMO to deliver this mission-critical program with a team of 100+. Instituted new roles and governance to refocus the team. Built strong relationships at all levels. Mentored team leaders of key program areas.
PMO Turnaround, Customer Advocate, and Change Leadership — Engaged twice for a total of 11 months for a global SAP implementation for a multi-national IT consulting company. Guided a “rescue” PMO of company leaders to turn around and deliver a large internal IT program.

Company President and Senior Team Coaching and Development — Over the span of 7 years, coached the president of a financial fiduciary with $4B in assets under management as he transitioned the business from within a large institution to an entrepreneurial organization; deftly cultivating highly complex relationships and navigating tremendous change. Co-led strategic planning sessions and designed and delivered the leadership coaching program to support the executive team in achieving its business plan.
Director Development Guide: FFRDC — Interviewed the president and corporate officers of a federally funded research and development organization to identify and prioritize the traits and capabilities required to successfully transition from mid to senior leadership. Drafted a tailored development guide based on the organization’s chosen competency framework, informal research, and the company culture.
