Dana is a leadership coach and communication strategist who understands that intentional leadership and effective communication are essential to building engagement, driving productivity, and fostering innovation. She partners with clients to identify and leverage their values, talents, and interests to help them become more purposeful, effective, and authentic leaders.
Known for her insightful, approachable, and direct communication style, Dana quickly builds trust and delivers measurable results for her clients. She provides individual and group coaching to leaders across sectors, including academia, corporate, government, and nonprofit, as they navigate complexity, lead through change, and pursue meaningful growth. Her clients report strengthened leadership presence, better time management, sharper strategic thinking, and improved communication and collaboration.
Dana brings more than two decades of experience in leadership and communications. She has managed high-performing teams, created and executed effective communications campaigns, shaped strategic messaging, and guided organizations through significant change. Dana has held senior roles in corporate and nonprofit settings, including most recently as Associate Director of Communications at Pew Research Center.
Dana earned a Master’s degree in mass media from Temple University, a Bachelor’s in magazine journalism from Syracure University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, and an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership.
