Margery Grennon, M.S.

Margery is a proven global leader who drives lasting transformation through clear vision, empathy, and execution. Her experience spans both multi-million-dollar global programs and agile, targeted projects. She is recognized for rescuing at-risk projects, improving operational processes, and coaching others in proactive project delivery. She is highly effective in multicultural environments and adept at managing remote, globally distributed teams.

Margery has deep expertise in program management, delivery excellence, and transformation. She has built high-performing teams and fostered cross-functional collaboration to lead large, complex global initiatives for BearingPoint, Deloitte, PowerPlan, and Scholastic, with successful programs delivered at major clients including Walmart, The New York Times, Thomson Reuters, and Eaton.

As head of multiple PMO organizations, Margery has been responsible for the success of enterprise projects, methodologies, risk mitigation, and executive communication. She built and led programs to streamline sales-to-delivery and delivery-to-support transitions, boosting customer satisfaction and retention. She also developed and scaled a global Quality Assurance function, including project start-up, quality assessments, and production readiness programs.

Margery founded and led HyperCare (extended client care) functions, supporting clients with critical escalations. She built the strategy, processes, and teams that worked cross-functionally and with C-level stakeholders to resolve issues and address systemic challenges across products, delivery, and support.

Margery has a M.S. in Urban and Policy Sciences from the College of Business at Stony Brook University and a B.A. from Stony Brook.
